Seal the bottom of the wall under the three-compartment sink and the hand washing sink. Paint restroom door frames. The bottom shelf under the edges of the prep table should be sealed where worn. Seal as needed. Seal the bottom of the stainless steel wall. Tighten the toilet door so that it locks in the closed position.

Non-critical violations: the establishment does not have a thermometer inside two cold holding units (dessert cooler and packaged food cooler).

Critical Violations: Foods in cold room were between 44 and 45 degrees (salsa at 45 degrees, salsa green at 44 degrees, and pear sauce at 44 degrees). Thawing the fish was still in a vacuum pack. The packaging was labeled so that the fish was removed from the vacuum pack before thawing.

Non-critical violations: several cracked and broken tiles throughout the kitchen. The prep area detached from the main kitchen has unsealed exposed brickwork as part of the wall.
