Phew! Now that it’s done, you just have to do a few steps during the week to reheat your dishes, dress them and enjoy!

  • Monday (A): Shrimp potstickers

Take the prepared potstickers out of the fridge and place them in a steamer or in a steamer basket on a sauté pan with simmering water. Serve hot with coleslaw and dipping sauce.

  • Tuesday (PD): Summer soup with fresh tomatoes

Reheat the soup in the microwave or on the stovetop and serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta.

  • Wednesday (C): Spanish albondigas (meatballs) in tomato sauce

Heat the meatballs and sauce together in a saucepan. Serve as is or make a quick-cooking side dish to accompany meatballs like instant rice, egg noodles, spaghetti or quinoa.

  • Thursday (D): High protein lentil salad with butternut squash and hazelnuts

Serve the lentils and butternut squash with the hazelnuts, parsley, olive oil and season with the prepared dressing. Enjoy with crusty bread on the side, if desired.

  • Friday (E): Butternut Squash & Lentil Falafels

Reheat the butternut squash and lentil falafels in the oven. You can also fry them in 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan so that they are golden and crispy. Serve with some greens on the side and a little oil and vinegar or any dressing you prefer.
